PRACTICING THE COMMITMENT

When it comes to practicing the commitment to integrity we know of no better practice than the one described above that Sue Heilbronner and many other leaders have participated in over the years. From our experience, this is not a practice that a leader does once and it is over. Rather it is a practice that we do over and over, like meditation or exercise. We believe conscious leaders are always cleaning up unfelts, unsaids, unkepts, and unowneds, returning to integrity.
